      异染颗粒染色目前常采用Albert法，该法染色简单，对比清晰，多用于白喉棒状杆菌染色。白喉棒状杆菌多为杆形，为革兰阳性菌，但常显出一端不规则延伸成棒状，细菌常以锐角度成簇状聚集成V，L或Y型，无运动性、荚膜、芽胞。染色后菌体一端、两端或中央可见明显深染颗粒，即异染颗粒。
操作步骤(仅供参考)： 
      1、制备细胞涂片。 
      2、涂片经火焰固定，滴加甲苯胺蓝染色液染色3～5min。 
      3、水洗。 
      4、滴加Albert碘液染色1min。 
      5、水洗。 
      6、干后镜检。 
染色结果：
      异染颗粒：暗蓝色    菌体：淡蓝色
